Week 18 (ending May 7th): this week is Burnout Prevention. I am going to try a 4 week cycle… 3 week build and 4th week outside of routine with lower training stress… take it as it comes… met with clients…worked my sessions around that.
Have been in the Ocean this week… realized I have to get in that water more often (not just pool) but get in the ocean regularly… getting used to ocean conditions.
Had a bit of running…
Had a bit of cycling which was commuting… but was still some cycling.
Was good to have an off week.. next on to the build again
