Those that cannot make it to greater Fort Lauderdale on a regular basis but want to have a customized weekly training plan can do so, however this needs to be preceded by a minimum of 6 hours of Milestone Cycles Consultation/Coaching in the activity you want your training plan in… plus another 6 hours for every 6 months thereafter. (I need to see where you are and that you are progressing)
These sessions must be scheduled and carried out in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. They can be individual or partially consisting of group sessions. The Quarterly Fort Lauderdale Fortnight (Training Camp) might be a consideration.
