Sofa to Triathlon

I first became a USA Triathlon Coach in 1999… then in 2002 I earned a Master of Science in Exercise Science from a school of public health… Triathlon is a sport, a lifestyle that can help lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle… do not need to participate in the longest race to be considered a triathlete… you do not even have to participate in a triathlon to simply enjoy the lifestyle of triathlon (even though it can be a great goal to work towards). Triathlon training does not require you to train every waking moment… some people train too much… to the point where it is detrimental to their health and performance. Triathlon with swimming, cycling, running… strength and conditioning becomes a form of cross training built into the sport
